Cardamom seeds: Healthy, clean and dried fruits of the Elettaria Cardamomum.

Cayenne: Healthy, clean and dried fruits of the Capsicum frutescens o annuum.

Celery (Ground):  Product obtained by grinding of healthy, clean and dried fruits of the Apium gravedens lineo.

Cinnamon: Healthy, clean and dried bark of the branches of the Cinnamomun zeylanicum, Cinnamomum cassia and other species.

Clove: Ripe and healthy flower buds of the Syzygium aromaticum or Caryophylus aromaticus.

Coriander: Culinary herb. Healthy, clean and dried leaves of the Coriandrum sativum.

Cumin: Healthy, clean and dried fruits of the Cuminum cyminum.

Curry powder: Blend of seasonings, species and salt.

Fennel: Culinary herb. Healthy, clean and dried fruits of the Foeniculum vulgare.

Fenugreek seed: Healthy and clean seeds of the Trigonella foenum-graecum.

Ginger root: Culinary herb. Clean and dried rhizome of the Zingiber officinale.

Lemon peel: Dried epicarp and mesocarp of the ripe fruit of the Citrus Limonum.

Mace: Dried arillus (freshly seed covering) of the nutmeg (Myristica fragans).

Mint leaves: Culinary herb. Healthy, clean and dried leaves of the Mentha sativa, M. viridis or M. spicata.

Mustard: Healthy, clean and dried seeds of the Sinapis alba (yellow mustard) or Brassica nigra (black mustard). 

Nutmeg: Seed without arillus of the Myristica fragans.

Ñoras: Product obtained from healthy, clean and dried whole and ripe fruits of the “Bola” pepper variety.

Orange peel: Dried epicarp and mesocarp of the ripe fruit of the Citrus sinensis (sweet orange) or citrus aurantium (bitter orange).

Pink pepper: Healthy, clean and dried fruits of the Schinus terebinthifolius.

White pepper: Healthy, clean and dried ripe fruit of the Piper nigrum, with the thin darker-coloured skin removed.
