Oleoresins are semi-solid extracts composed of a resin in solution in an essential and/or fatty oil, obtained by solvent extraction of aromatic compounds from dehydrated spices.
It is used as natural food flavouring.
Natural food flavournig. It is produced by extraction of the dried and unpeeled rhizome of Zingiber officinale.
It is a bright red color natural colorant for food use. Obtained from peppers, from the variety Capsicum annuum. This Oleoresin has a distinctive paprika aroma, and gives natural red color and light paprika flavour to the food.
